Anything with the green ESA-eligible tag is curriculum, supplemental material or a therapy tool under the ESA handbook. Card-only items say so.
Choose Pay with ESA / ClassWallet at checkout
Pickup or shipping, then pick ClassWallet instead of a card. Mixed carts split automatically: eligible items to ClassWallet, the rest to your card.
We send the itemized invoice
You approve it in ClassWallet. Orders ship or are ready for pickup within a day of approval, usually 2 to 4 business days total.
Is everything in the store ESA-eligible?
1,140 of 1,200 products are. Consumables like plain notebooks and pencils are card only unless they ship inside a kit, which is why the Handwriting Starter Set is tagged card only while the Hands-On Math Kit is eligible.
What happens if ClassWallet declines the order?
We hold your items for 10 days and email you the reason ClassWallet gave. You can switch that order to a card or cancel with no fee.
How does same-day pickup work?
Order before 2 pm Tuesday through Saturday and your bag is on the pickup shelf by 4 pm. ClassWallet orders are ready the day the invoice is approved.
What does shipping cost under $75?
$6.50 flat anywhere in Arizona. Orders over $75 ship free. Most Phoenix and Tucson addresses see the box in 2 days.
Can I return a kit?
Unopened kits and manipulatives within 30 days, in store or by mail. ClassWallet orders are refunded back to the account.
